Shipping Policy

*Packages are shipped on Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays, via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Next Day Air depending on the service chosen at checkout. We use heat packs and a non-toxic insulation to keep your fish warm and snug during the trip to their new home! When bagging, we choose the healthiest fish and add an ammonia remover and a stress reliever to ensure survival. These methods are safe, cheap, and reliable ways to receive you cichlids. Return & Exchange Policy

If your African Cichlids arrive DOA (dead upon arrival), A clear image of the deceased fish must be sent to jaggerproietti@gmail.com within one hour of receiving your package. Once completed, a replacement fish will be shipped out free of charge.
