Kribensis Cichlids are very beautiful fish from the drainage area at the mouth of the Ethiope River in the Niger Delta. They spawn in rock caves, flower pots, and similar structure. Females typically get more color than the males, gaining a bright pink belly. 
 
Kribensis Cichlids pair for life when breeding; meaning they will find a mate and court them for the rest of their lives.
