SHIPPING: We ship VIA USPS Priority Mail depending on the weather conditions, etc. We use heat packs and a non-toxic insulation to keep your fish warm and snug during the trip to their new home! These methods are safe, cheap, and reliable ways to receive you cichlids. We ship our cichlids live and healthy with an ammonia remover and a stress reliever to ensure survival. In the unfortunate circumstance of a fish arriving dead, we will be able to send out another one upon receiving images of the deceased fish. As soon as the fish leaves the bag and enters the tank, we cannot offer a refund. *Please send multiple images of the DOA fish in the bag within an hour to receive a refund.*
